Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

On December 2, 2013, General Employment Enterprises, Inc. filed Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation with the Illinois Secretary of State.  The Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation were adopted by a vote of the Company’s shareholders at its annual meeting on September 9, 2013.  A copy of the Amended and Restated Articles of Incorporation is attached as an exhibit to this report.
