On May 5, 2016, AmerisourceBergen Corporation (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing the Company’s earnings for the fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2016. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
