Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On August 29, 2007, the Company announced that its Shenandoah, Iowa ethanol plant produced it first batch of ethanol the prior day and that it will have sufficient quantities for shipment by early next week.
The press release relating to the Company’s initial production of ethanol is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
