Item 1.01.   Entry into a Material Definitive Agreement. 

On November 25, 2009, Bridgeline Software, Inc. entered into a Second Amendment to Loan and Security Agreement dated as of November 19, 2009 (the “Second Amendment”) modifying an existing credit facility with Silicon Valley Bank. The Second Amendment extended the term of the credit facility until March 31, 2010 and made certain other revisions to the Loan and Security Agreement.

A copy of the Second Amendment is attached as Exhibit 10.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.  The foregoing description of the exhibit does not purport to be complete and is qualified in its entirety by reference to the full text of such document, which is incorporated herein by reference to the exhibit attached.
