        On May 6, 2005, TransMontaigne Inc. announced its consolidated financial results for the three and nine months ended March 31, 2005. A copy of the press release (the "Press Release") is furnished to the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") with this current report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
