On October 15, 2012, ONEOK, Inc. and ONEOK Partners, L.P. announced they will release their third-quarter 2012 earnings after the market closes on Tuesday, October 30, 2012, and will hold a joint conference call and live webcast at 11 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (10 a.m. Central Daylight Time) Wednesday, October 31, 2012. The call will also be carried live on the ONEOK and ONEOK Partners websites. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
