Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On October 1, 2018, the Remuneration and Nomination Committee of Coty Inc. (the “Company”) approved a supplement of twenty-five percent of base salary for Ayesha Zafar as additional compensation in connection with her service as the Company’s Interim Chief Financial Officer. The supplement is effective beginning September 15, 2018 and will continue during the period in which Ms. Zafar serves in that role. In addition, effective October 1, 2018, Ms. Zafar’s annual base salary will be $400,000, representing a merit increase.
