ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR PRINCIPAL OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS;
APPOINTMENT OF PRINCIPAL OFFICERS
On March 31, 2009, the Board of Directors of the Company unanimously approved
the removal of Harvey Schneider as Director of Sales and Ed O'Brien as Director
of Marketing. The dismissals were part of the Company's continuing cost cutting
procedures. The positions will be filled by current staff.
