Item 8.01 Other Events
SOYO Inc. reported to shareholders today that announced that sales for their LCD
monitors have increased 475% YTD, with 2007 revenues exceeding $46 million
through September 25, 2007. This increase is mainly due to the company reaching
their goal of adding a national retailer to carry their LCD monitors.
