Outgoing Dallas City Manager T.C. Broadnax to make $470K salary in Austin

Outgoing Dallas City Manager T.C. Broadnax, selected by Austin City Council for the top job in that smaller city, will make a base salary of $470,017.60, according to council documents. He'll also leave Dallas about a month earlier than previously planned.
