Virginia AG leads 15 other states in asking Supreme Court to stop race-based high school admissions policy

Virginia Attorney General Jason S. Miyares asked the Supreme Court to halt the new race-based admissions policy at Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology which he argues discriminates against Asian American students previously relying on merit to attend the elite public school.
