Pursuing further training, Dr. Evelhoch completed his residency in oral & maxillofacial surgery at the Medical University of South Carolina, his residency in general surgery at the University of Michigan - Medical Center, and his residency in anesthesiology at the University of Wisconsin - Hospitals & Clinics. He then performed two fellowships at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and at the Institute of Facial and Cosmetic Surgery in Salt Lake City, Utah in full-body cosmetic surgery, head and neck oncology, and microvascular surgery. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Master's degree in Healthcare Management from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee.
A Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and a Fellow of the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery (FAACS), Dr. Evelhoch is an active member of the American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, the American Dental Association, the American Head & Neck Society, the American Medical Association, the American Society for Head & Neck Surgery, the American Society of Maxillofacial Surgeons, the International Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeons, and the Society of Surgical Oncology.
Attributing his success to perseverance, he is triple board-certified through the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Board of Facial Cosmetic Surgery, and the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
