Ingersoll Rand CEO compensation nearly twice his biggest Gardner Denver pay

CEO Vicente Reynal's total package was smaller than it might have been without the Covid-19 pandemic. The top executives at Ingersoll Rand agreed to take a 15% cut to base salaries through the end of 2020 to preserve capital in the face of the pandemic-related economic slowdown.
