EarthX is presenting an exclusive worldwide online series, Sea Shepherd - Ocean ACTION Reports on EarthxTV. Hosted by legendary Sea Shepherd Founder, Captain Paul Watson, the new monthly series features half-hour episodes with the courageous captains and crews of Sea Shepherd’s campaigns underway around the world to save our imperiled oceans and threatened marine wildlife.
The Ocean ACTION Reports Series is hosted virtually by Paul Watson and the other captains and crew on Sea Shepherd’s global armada of ships serving as the world’s largest conservation navy. Each episode features Sea Shepherd’s use of daring direct-action tactics to investigate, document, and take action when necessary to expose and confront illegal activities in oceans around the world.
Episode 2: Ocean ACTION Reports – Africa Success Stories - airs exclusively on EarthxTV on Friday, October 30, 2020 at 7pm EDT.
In Africa Success Stories, Captain Paul Watson introduces Sea Shepherd Director of Campaigns, Captain Peter Hammarstedt, who presents their work to protect marine life being exploited through illegal, unregulated and under-reported (IUU) fishing in the waters of Africa’s coastal nations. The episode follows the heroic actions of Captain Hammerstedt and the Sea Shepherd crews as they work with the coast guards and navies of the African nations of Gabon, Sao Tome & Principe, Liberia, Benin and Tanzania to stop illegal fishing.

Episode 3: Ocean ACTION Reports - Operation Milagro – is currently in production and presents Sea Shepherd’s campaign to save the endangered Vaquita porpoise in Mexico from extinction. The EarthxTV worldwide premiere of Operation Milagro will be on November 20, 2020 at 7pm EDT.
