University of Minnesota fall semester will be mostly online

U President Joan Gabel said in an email to students last week that classroom capacities are significantly limited in order to comply with physical distancing protocols. It's the latest change of strategy by the U of M as it tries to cope with the spreading Covid-19 pandemic.
