Michael Brown joins the Qnext Board Advisory Team and Brings Significant Insight on Applying Cybersecurity & Zero Trust Remote Access to Public Sector

TORONTO - May 20, 2020 - PRLog -- Qnext® today announced that Mike Brown, a leading cybersecurity expert and retired Rear Admiral, United States Navy, has joined the advisory board of Qnext to advise them on the vital cybersecurity sectors of major integrators, corporations and public sector data operations. Brown's last position on active duty was as the Director, Cybersecurity Coordination for DHS where he was responsible for increasing inter-departmental collaboration in strategic planning for the Nation's cybersecurity, mutual support for cybersecurity capabilities development and synchronization of current operational cybersecurity mission activities for the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security.

Brown is former President of RSA Federal LLC and Vice President/General Manager Global Public Sector of RSA Security LLC a consulting business focused on understanding risks associated with cybersecurity.  His responsibilities also included RSA Information Technology, Security and Enterprise Risk Management portfolios. Mike is the Founder and President of Spinnaker Security LLC, a cybersecurity consulting business focused on understanding, identifying and mitigating business risks associated with cybersecurity.
