Moody’s Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend

On April 20, 2020, the Board of Directors of Moody’s Corporation (NYSE: MCO) declared a regular quarterly dividend of 56 cents per share of MCO Common Stock. The dividend will be payable on June 10, 2020 to stockholders of record at the close of business on May 20, 2020.
