Houston billionaire's restaurant co. offers to buy Houlihan's out of bankruptcy

Houston-based Landry's Inc., which is wholly owned by billionaire Tilman Fertitta, is the stalking horse bidder to buy the Houlihan's restaurant chain out of bankruptcy.
