Ecolab pushes back on U.K. call to divest Holchem

A British antitrust regulatory authority has ordered Ecolab Inc. to sell off Holchem, a U.K.-based supplier of cleaning solutions it bought last year. But the St. Paul company doesn't sound like it's ready to go along.
