Productivity Apps For Entrepreneurs Introduced By Productivity Academy

The Productivity Academy has announced the release of an entrepreneurs productivity apps cheat sheet. Adam Moody from Productivity Academy has made this cheat sheet available as a free download. In addition to the recommendations, it also contains best practices and tips for each.

Adam Moody says, "I want to share with you my Productivity Apps Cheat Sheet for Entrepreneurs so that you can also save time and understand what is important - and why, and get your apps under control, your goals set, and more. Grab your copy by completing the form on the website."

The Productivity Academy was started by Adam Moody as a result of his efforts to look for the best combination of applications, methods and results throughout his professional and personal life. He says, "After years of making improvements in several areas, I realized that although there is copious amounts of information and training available, most of it is teaching ideas of overall strategies while not being actionable or usable in a ‘right now’ sense."

Adam Moody recalls that from his roles as a process engineer in a high tech field to co-founder of a company that is on track to producing 7 figure income in the first year, he had to find the most effective methods that really work and there was no room for ideas that seem to be great but did not work out into actionable steps. He wants to stress the word "actionable" because he has noticed that it was often lacking in many similar tutorials.

Adam adds, "You should know that having the correct mindset and knowing what you want (and why!) is also an important part of the equation. If you're aiming for the wrong goals you can burn out easily. Proper goal setting and mindset is another crucial topic that I also cover in videos and written content."

The Productivity Academy website also contains a resources page where Adam presents links and descriptions of the software, hardware and tools that he uses regularly.

The information provided includes productivity apps, such as Todoist, Evernote, Trello, Focuster, UnRollMe, Zapier, and IFTTT. Todoist can be used for monitoring all tasks in digital form. Evernote is used for reference and note taking. Trello is used for processes and tasks and it can help with outsourcing. Focuster combines a person's calendar with task lists. It has auto scheduling capability and more. UnRollMe makes it easy to unsubscribe from mailing lists. Zapier provides a tool for automating apps, data entry, etc. IFTTT is similar to but not as robust as Zapier but it is easy to set up and is available for free.

And for those who are looking for productivity groups, Adam suggests that people join them in the Real World Productivity Growth that is free to join and can be accessed on Facebook. Adam explains, "We are here to discuss productivity, processes, time management, and mindset with the goal to help everyone improve in order to help reach their goals and improve themselves and their lives. If you have any questions about these topics, please post - and have fun."

With regards to bundles, Adam Moody recommends the App Sumo Briefcase, which is a bundle of entrepreneur and productivity software. Adam points out that it contains all the tools needed by an entrepreneur to succeed, such as sales and business development tools, design and product tools, marketing and blogging tools, and admin and accounting tools.

For notebooks for offline note taking, Adam has several suggestions. These include the Best Self Journal, Travelers Notebook, Midori Notebook, and The Five-Minute Journal. These are all physical notebooks and not online notebooks.

Adam Moody also suggests the focusing tool called Focus At Will. This is a productivity platform that can help professionals be fourfold more productive while they work. To help people be focused faster and longer, scientifically optimized music is used to minimize distractions and help people get more stuff done.

And for brainstorming, there is the MindMeister tool. This is an online mind mapping tool that allows the user to get ideas, develop them and then share them visually with others. It is totally web-based so there is nothing to download and to update.

Productivity Academy also has a Facebook page, which can be found at https://www.facebook.com/productiveacademy/. Through this social media page, Adam Moody shares various tips and advice that can help improve productivity. For instance, he reveals that writing notes, setting reminders and performing a daily review helps him remain productive throughout the day.
