RealPage agrees to pay $3M to settle claims of inaccurate tenant screenings

RealPage has agreed to pay $3 million to settle a suit with the Federal Trade Commission that alleges the Richardson company “failed to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy of tenant screening information.”
