State's top health insurers improve financials, but Obamacare concerns linger

According to financial statements disclosed Tuesday, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care and Tufts Health Plan reported cumulative losses of $24.1 million, much smaller than the cumulative losses in the first six months of 2016 of $199.7 million.
