Shorting Snap? You Better Have Conviction

Shares of Snap ( SNAP ), Snapchat’s parent, continued to rally Friday after an eye-popping pubic debut yesterday that saw the share price surge 44%. But can the stock keep climbing , especially in light of concerns from analysts that the company is overvalued, and questions regarding its ability to steal ad-revenue from the likes of Facebook ( FB )? Ihor Dusaniwsky , head of research at S3 Partners , says interest in Snap's stock could remain high, but also expects short interest — a measure of whether investors think the stock price will fall — to increase as well.
