Pritchett, Siler & Hardy P.C. is a full-service, PCAOB registered, Certified Public Accounting firm specializing in auditing micro-cap public companies and private companies seeking to go public. GMUI expects to engage Pritchett, Siler & Hardy P.C. as its auditors upon completing preparation of its financial statements.
GMUI has also retained Sichenzia Ross Friedman Ference LLP to assist it in its continued pursuit of a higher trading board listing.
