Powell said that the executives of both companies anticipate that discussions currently underway will result in Code Green acquiring 10Star Apparel.
"Many core synergies have become clearly apparent while working together with the 10Star team," explained Powell. "We are now fast tracking discussions to complete this transaction," he added.
Powell further explained that he felt the acquisition would increase the pace of revenue growth while strengthening the management team of Code Green.
