(OTCBB: VMRI) announces the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with Inbright Corporation for rights to negotiate a U.S. software license for its unmanned aerial systems (UAS) technology. The two companies have joined forces in this strategic collaboration in order to fast track the expansion of their technology and bring more innovative products to market.
A prominent international drone hardware and software developer based in Mexico City and Guadalajara, Inbright specializes in building customized solutions using drones, with emphasis on agriculture, fire detection and thermal detection systems. The company's clients include Dow Chemical Co. (NYSE: DOW) and Qualtop.
