Under the terms of the Agreement GSTC and its wholly owned subsidiary, Syndicore Asia Limited, will be provided European streaming localized sports content and other services by Double Decker Media and its associated media partners. This will create access for the Company into the UK and European markets and their pipelines of projects from current producers, and will also provide UK production capabilities.
