Supreme has closed its purchase of a 342,000 square foot green house facility in Southern Ontario, located approximately 100 miles outside of Toronto, in a specially created high energy use industrial park. The company expects to close the acquisition of the private company that holds the pre-build Marijuana for Medical Purposes Regulations (MMPR) license covering all 342,000 square feet of this new facility by the end of May.
The company is also exercised its option on a South Okanagan, British Columbia, producing facility, which has formally submitted its MMPR application, and continues to seek additional producing medical Marijuana facilities in Canada and applying for several MMPR commercial production licenses.
