Isaac picks up strength on path to Keys

CHICAGO (MarketWatch) — Tropical Storm Isaac is expected to be at or near hurricane strength when it reaches the Florida Keys later Sunday or Sunday night, the National Weather Service said, prompting emergency preparations across the state and a delay in the start of the Republican National Convention scheduled to begin Monday in Tampa.
