AdvisorShares Launches Four New Actively Managed ETFs

Last week AdvisorShares introduced four new actively managed ETFs from two different managers.  Madrona Funds, LLC is the sub-advisor and portfolio manager of three new “Madrona Forward” ETFs while American Wealth Management is the sub-advisor and portfolio manager for the “Meidell Tactical” ETF.  These additions bring the number of actively managed ETF listings to 40.  Despite the high level of interest, actively managed ETFs still face numerous obstacles.
