McapMediaWire -- Thunder Energies Corp. [OTC: TNRG] is pleased to announce that it has engaged RESPEC, an international mining consulting, engineering, business, to provide Securities and Exchange Commission related compliance services.
RESPEC, a South Dakota employee owned consulting group, is to file required SEC forms that investor owned entities must prepare and complete. RESPEC has more than 500 professionals as part of its almost $100-million annual business.
