Roger Bendelac files motion to Dismiss SEC action

SEC Action.

A response was filed on behalf of Roger Bendelac ("RB") that concludes

that the  SEC's Complaint against RB fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted. In addition, the venue in the District of Massachusetts is improper. Accordingly, the Complaint against RB should be dismissed with prejudice.
