Herrmann’s legal career includes experience as a prosecutor and a defense attorney. He is Board Certified in Criminal Law since 1999 and has served in significant roles such as Chief Felony Prosecutor for Potter County and Armstrong County Attorney. Over the course of his career, he has handled hundreds of jury trials in criminal, civil, and family courts.
His practice is rooted in deep courtroom experience and longstanding involvement in the local legal community. Herrmann has been licensed in numerous state and federal courts, including the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and has worked alongside clients in a wide range of legal matters.
