Meet the New Leaders

Tim O’Neil, Chief Sales Officer, will lead 6sense’s global sales organization. He brings a disciplined, data-driven approach after his successful tenures in leadership roles at ThoughtSpot, Alation, and Bynder. Known for his customer-centricity and strategic rigor, Tim will guide sales execution as the company deepens relationships with global enterprises and strategic accounts, and expands the suite of revenue acceleration services it provides to its new and existing customers.

Amir Ravandoust, Chief Operating Officer, will strengthen alignment and operational excellence across functions as the business continues to grow and enter new verticals and geographies. With prior leadership roles at Alteryx and Marigold, Amir brings a proven track record of operational transformation across data and analytics, MarTech, and cybersecurity. He will focus on building a scalable foundation for continued growth.

Raj Gupta, Chief Development Officer, will lead 6sense’s global engineering and platform teams, advancing the Signalverse™ and 6sense’s AI-powered capabilities. With over two decades of experience, including leadership at Oracle, Cyara, and Cogito,  Raj has developed industry-leading solutions in generative AI, natural language processing, and sales intelligence.
