The Dallas Business Journal's Best Places to Work ranking was compiled through a survey in which employees of nominated companies were asked to rate their work environment, work-life balance, job satisfaction, advancement opportunities, management, compensation and benefits. Suffolk was among an impressive group of peer companies of a similar size with the highest employee survey scores.

“Suffolk is honored to be listed among the Dallas Business Journal’s Best Places to Work, a testament to our employees who are passionate about our company, our projects, and above all, each other,” said Brad Brown, President of Suffolk Texas. “At Suffolk, we often say that we do not build buildings, we build people. Our employee experience is paramount, and the result of this survey informs and reinforces our commitment to creating a supportive, innovative and vibrant workforce, which is only expanding as Suffolk grows in the Texas region and bolsters our portfolio of complex and sophisticated projects.”
