Gemini Coatings Acquires Rudd(R) Wood Finishes and Glitsa(R) Wood Floor Finishes

EL RENO, OK / ACCESSWIRE / May 30, 2023 / Gemini Coatings, a 100% employee-owned wood coatings manufacturing company, has entered into an agreement to acquire substantially all of the assets of Rudd Company, Inc., an independently owned wood coatings manufacturer based in Seattle, Washington.
