On August 6, 2007, 3D Systems Corporation issued a press release setting forth the Company’s
operating results for its second quarter and first six months ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the

by this reference. The information in this Item (and in such press release) shall not be treated

Included in the press release mentioned above is an announcement that the Company plans to
hold a conference call and webcast at 8:00 a.m. Eastern Time on Tuesday, August 7, 2007, to discuss
its operating results for its second quarter and first six months ended June 30, 2007. A copy of the press release,
