Item 5.07   Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders
The Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) of Alkermes, Inc. (the “Company”) was held on October 5, 2010. As of July 23, 2010, the record date for the Annual Meeting, 95,106,212 shares were issued and outstanding. The following proposals, which are described in detail in the Company’s Proxy Statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on July 29, 2010, were voted upon and approved at the Annual Meeting:
  1.   A proposal to elect nine members of the Board of Directors, as nominated by our Board of Directors, each to serve until the next annual meeting of shareholders and until his or her successor is duly elected and qualified, was approved with the following vote:
