Hamilton, Bermuda, December 15, 2010 - Reference is made to the third quarter 2010 report released on November 30, 2010. Seadrill Limited will be trading ex-dividend of a cash dividend of US$0.65 per share on December 16, 2010.
The record date is December 20, 2010, and the dividend will be paid on or about December 30, 2010.
