Copenhagen Airports A/S increases investment in
ASUR’s strategic partner, from 36.5% to 49%

Mexico City, April 29th 2005, Grupo Aeroportuario del Sureste, S.A. de C.V. (NYSE: ASR; BMV: ASUR) (ASUR) the first privatized airport group in Mexico and operator of Cancun Airport and eight others in the southeast of Mexico, has been informed by ASUR’s strategic partner, Inversiones y Técnicas Aeroportuarias, S.A. de C.V. (ITA), that Copenhagen Airports A/S (CPH) has increased its participation in ITA from 36.5% to 49%.

Since 1998, CPH has been a co-owner of ITA. The remaining 51% of ITA’s share capital is owned by the Mexican businessman Fernando Chico Pardo.

ITA owns 15% of ASUR and provides ASUR with technical assistance and consulting services.
