On November 8, 2004, in connection with the Company's annual shareholder meeting, Meredith Corporation shareholders approved the Meredith Corporation 2004 Stock Incentive Plan (the "Plan"). A description of the Plan and the full text of the Plan are incorporated herein by reference to the Company's Proxy Statement, which was filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 27, 2004.
