On July 11, 2016, Anshu Aggarwal, Chief Technology Officer of Shutterstock, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his decision to resign from his position, effective July 29, 2016, to spend more time with his family. The Company has commenced an external search for a Chief Technology Officer to succeed Mr. Aggarwal.
