Item 8.01 Other Events.
On May 15, 2013, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the Company's common stock. The dividend is payable in U.S. dollars on July 5, 2013, to stockholders of record on June 17, 2013.
A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
