Declaration of Dividend

On August 19, 2015, the Board of Directors of ITC Holdings Corp. declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.1875 per common share, an increase from the previous quarterly cash dividend of $0.1625. The quarterly cash dividend is payable on September 15, 2015 to shareholders of record on September 1, 2015.
