January 16, 2007, the Registrant was advised that its wholly owned subsidiary,
ION Tankless, Inc., received US Patent No. 7,164,851 entitled “Modular Tankless
Water Heater Control Circuitry and Method of Operation” as
issued
and published by the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
