Other Events.

On February 14, 2019, Trovagene, Inc. issued a press release announcing the presentation of an overview of its ongoing Phase 2 study evaluating Onvansertib in combination with Zytiga^® (abiraterone acetate)/prednisone in patients with metastatic Castration-Resistant Prostate Cancer (mCRPC) at the Genitourinary Cancers Symposium (ASCO-GU) in San Francisco, CA. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
