On March 21, 2016, Anthem, Inc. announced that it filed a lawsuit against Express Scripts, Inc., its vendor for pharmacy benefit management services. A copy of the press release regarding the lawsuit is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
