On March 17, 2010, Comerica Incorporated announced that it had redeemed the $2.25 billion of preferred stock previously issued to the U.S. Department of the Treasury under the federal government’s Troubled Asset Relief Program’s Capital Purchase Program. A press release further discussing the redemption is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
