(b) On August 23, 2007, Mr. Bruce J. Byrnes resigned from his position as General Counsel and Secretary of PXRE Reinsurance Company, a subsidiary of Argo Group International Holdings, Ltd., and from all other employment positions, officer positions and directorships held with the Company’s subsidiaries. Mr. Byrnes’s resignation is effective as of September 14, 2007.
