On April 10, 2007, Luna Innovations Incorporated (the “Company”) entered into a Release Agreement with John Goehrke, the Company’s chief operating officer, whereby Mr. Goehrke’s employment with the Company will terminate effective April 30, 2007. Under the terms of the agreement, Mr. Goehrke will receive certain severance benefits in accordance with his employment agreement with the Company dated July 14, 2006.
